Stainless steel gratings can be produced in two version:

  • as welded gratings or
  • as pressed gratings.

 

Welded Grating:
Mesh size the same as in galvanized gratings, for example 25 x 25 mm, 30 x 32 mm, 30 x 44 mm and others.
Bearing bars in the grating standard are from 20 x 2 mm to 100 x 6 mm and other according to needs.

Pressed Gratings:
Mesh size the same as in galvanized gratings, for example 33 x 11 mm, 22 x 33 mm, 33 x 33 mm and others.
Bearing bars in the grating standard are from 20 x 2 mm to 100 x 5 mm and other according to needs.

Stainless steel gratings are mostly use in chemically aggressive industrial environment.

Gratings can be made with anti-slip nose and can be serrated.

Material used for the bars: steel 1.4301 and 1.4404.

Surface finish: digested and passivated with chemicals.
