Composite gratings can be easily cut (if necessary) to the desired size with a diamond blade cutter, or with a hacksaw. On site during installation, pipe penetrations through grilles and holes for fittings can be cut.
Important – repaint the cut areas with polyurethane varnish or polyester resin solution.
How to fix composite gratings?
The composite gratings should be attached to the supporting structure with mounting brackets and screws recommended by us, according to our guidelines. In certain cases when the gratings are not properly fixed, technological shrinkage of the laminate may occur, which may cause the gratings to deform. In addition, the lack of fastening or the use of installation methods other than those recommended by us do not guarantee proper operation and relieve us of the obligations set forth in the warranty.
