Standard EN 1090-2

Technical requirements for steel structures, for the manufacture and execution of steel structures to ensure appropriate levels of mechanical strength and stability, as intended, and durability.

As of September 22, 2014, we have implemented the ZKP System (Factory Production Control) EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011

ZKP (Factory Production Control) EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011

The Factory Production Control (FPC) System, implemented in 2014, allows us to manufacture and assemble steel structures in EXC3 class according to PN-EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011.
ZKP is a permanent internal production control, carried out by the manufacturer, during which all elements, requirements and actions taken by the manufacturer, are systematically documented in the form of written operating procedures and rules.
ZKP was introduced by the Directive of the Council of the European Community, on the unification of legal regulations of member countries, concerning construction products (89/106/EEC) of December 21, 1988.
This document also meets the requirements of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 of March 9, 2011 establishing harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC.
As of July 1, 2014, it is against EU and national law to trade in steel and aluminum structures without implementing and certifying the ZKP. Manufacturers who have not passed the certification procedure are not allowed to produce/deliver steel structures for any construction site in the European Union.
