Chute gratings
Our leading product is the chute gratings, which are used to protect the chute openings in grain receiving garbage cans or canals, with the possibility of invasion of heavy vehicles. CHUTE GRATING DESIGN:- Supporting flat bars 6 to 10 mm thick, 80 to 150 mm high, at 70 mm spacing;
- Transverse flat bars 25×5, 30×6 and 30×8 mm at a spacing of 130 mm;
- A diagonal flat bar over the support at an angle of 50 degrees from the vertical (prevents grain backing up on the beams).
MATERIAL:
- S235, S355 structural black steel;
- AISI304 stainless steel (1.4301);
- AISI316 acid-resistant steel (1.4401/1.4404),
- HARDOX.
EXECUTION:
- Grilles made in accordance with DIN24537;
- Manufacturing tolerance of 0 to -4 mm on the external dimensions of the grating.
Corrosion protection: ordinary steel gratings hot-dip galvanized in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461.
