Welded gratings

Welded gratings

The most common type of gratings we produce are welded gratings. They are made of load-bearing flat bars of various sizes and the cross bars that connect them.
The construction principles of gratings are in accordance with DIN 24537.

Designation of welded gratings:
KOZ – welded framed grating
KNZ – unframed welded grating
XKOZ – serrated framed grating

Gratings welded from supporting flat bars with a thickness of 2 mm to 5 mm and specially prepared connecting (cross) bars with a diameter of 6 mm.

Welded gratings of this design eliminate the possibility of slippage under almost any conditions.

Example designation:
KOZ (30 x 32) (30 x 3), L = 500, B = 1000.
Framed welded grating, grooved bar, mesh dimensions, dimensions of the supporting flat bar,
L – bearing length of the grating, B – width of the grating.

Protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing according to EN ISO 1461.
