Steel structures

Steel structuresSmall-scale steel structures are commonly used in construction

Small-scale steel structures are widely used in both industrial and residential or commercial construction. Due to the material used, they are distinguished by their lightweight construction and high strength. They include such products as straight stairs, staircases, spiral stairs, industrial and general construction balustrades and other details according to individual architectural solutions.
Since the beginning of our business in 1977, we have been engaged in the production of small-sized steel structures and a range of metal elements used in construction, including various types of gratings. These products are manufactured from galvanized carbon steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, weathering steel and aluminum, and the basis for the production of these elements is individual architectural solutions. In addition to simple building structures, we also produce welded meshes or gratings, which are part of the facade design of supermarkets and office buildings, as well as support structures for collectors in solar power plants. For filling communication platforms and staircases, we use stainless and acid-resistant steel gratings manufactured in our company.
The products we offer meet strict Polish and international technical standards, which translates into their high quality. In addition, we use an internal quality control system for our products. We are authorized to weld steel structures GSI SLV in accordance with DIN 18800-7: 2008-11, issued by the Welding Research and Technical Training Institute Berlin-Brandenburg. By using anti-corrosion protection, we guarantee long-term protection of our steel structures. We use anti-corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanizing PN-EN ISO 1461, galvanized electroplating or/and powder coating. Cooperating with our company, you can furthermore count on technical advice and preparation of working drawings. We declare that we will make high-quality structures and other construction elements within the agreed timeframe.

Modern, solidly constructed steel structures are widely used in industrial construction today. They often even replace masonry buildings that serve as halls or warehouses.

Industrial construction also makes use of prefabricated steel elements, which can be quickly manufactured and assembled and dismantled. These products are distinguished by their lightweight construction, high strength and wide possibilities for space arrangement. They are also safe, functional and economical to use.

Steel structures are often modular in nature, which makes them an even more attractive product for investors in various industries. They can also be freely combined with glass, concrete or wood – which ensures the multifunctionality of the structures and their desired properties. Steel structures can be used not only in industry, but also, for example, in agriculture and wherever robust and reliable products are needed.
